Where do you begin? That’s an excellent question. You begin with home builder, land and a idea. It can be “pie in the sky” or it can be something you’ve been planning for years. Either way, it’s a perfect start!
Where do we begin?
We begin with your consultation. We will meet to discuss your plans, and examine how to make your vision a reality on your land. We collaborating strategically on projects to deliver the “best team for the project” for each individual client. We will need to see what your land looks like, so a survey will be needed.
A house builders communications network forms the backbone of any successful organization. These networks transport a multitude of applications and data, including high-quality video and delay-sensitive data such as real-time voice. The bandwidth-intensive applications stretch network capabilities and resources, but also complement, add value, and enhance every business process. Networks must provide secure, predictable, measurable, and sometimes guaranteed services. Achieving the required Quality of Service (QoS) by managing the delay, delay variation (jitter), bandwidth, and packet loss parameters on a network becomes the secret to a successful end-to-end business solution. Thus, QoS is the set of techniques to manage custom home builders network resources.

My grandfather was a master craftsman, and my father was a developer. I watched them work from the time i was a child. I’ll never forget the joy, happiness and pride they felt in doing jobs well, and in treating people with respect. They passed the blueprint down to me and they instilled in me the values for creating a great customer experience.

While your home is being built, your sales associate or home builder representative will help you understand the phases of construction, including:
During this process, you may be tempted to do your own walk-through, but it’s important to exercise safety first and stay clear of the construction site. There may be times when you’ll be asked to come view the home at various stages. It’s also important to attend your scheduled construction site meetings with the builder.
At this stage, everything is complete. Before you close on your brand-new home,
you’ll get what’s known as a “homeowner orientation.” This is your chance to get familiar with how your home works.
Please look for anything that may be amiss, and note it on the “punch-list.” Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to close.
All that’s left is to sign the paperwork, hand over your down payment, and get the keys.
